Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your beachlunchlounge purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please return it to us within 30 days of the ship date for a refund or credit. Items must be in their original condition (not used, washed or altered in any way). Items that are not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund or credit.

Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used to make your purchase. Any shipping charges other than standard ground shipping are nonrefundable. Depending on your credit card company’s processing time, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Items On Sale

Items purchased on sale, that are qualified for return, will be refunded for the price at which they were originally purchased. Items purchased on final sale or clearance may not be returned.

Shipping

To ensure that your experience is as convenient as possible, we offer free standard ground shipping both ways (on U.S orders only). Once your return request has been received and approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to attach to your purchase,

Exchange Policy

At this time, beachlunchlounge cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order on www.beachlunchlounge.com.

Store Credit

At this time, beachlunchlounge does not offer store credit. Refunds can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 International Returns

At this time, beachlunchlounge does not accept international returns.

 Return Process

  1. Please fill the Return Form found under 'Return Policy'.
  2. After receiving the completed form, we will email you the prepaid shipping label which you will need to attach on the outside of the envelope/box with your merchandise.
  3. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit or returned without our approval.
