COVID-19 Updates:
In light of the challenges posed by COVID-19, we understand that you might need additional time with returns. Therefore, we've extended our return policy deadline to 60 days from date of purchase. In addition, we've adjusted our fulfillment center practices to ensure we're able to complete all orders and order returns in a way that protects the safety of our valuable distribution center associates. As such, some order returns may experience delays of longer than expected response and processing time. Please kindly allow up to five days for a response to your return request. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time and will continue to do our best to process your return.

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! That’s why if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your returns.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with the tags intact within 30 days of purchase. Each order is eligible for a one-time free return shipping. For any additional return from the same order, we will withhold $8.00 shipping fee from the refund amount for each pre-paid label you use.

Any and all refunds will be made to the original form of payment used on the order. Items that are returned after 30 days of purchase will not be refunded.

Return Process

  1. Please fill out the Return Form found above by simply clicking on RETURN FORM
  2. Once submitted, our team will review and email you a USPS pre-paid shipping label. Please attach that label to the outside of your shipping box/envelope/package with your item(s) enclosed.
  3. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be received and processed


All approved returns will be processed and refunded within 14 business days of receiving your item(s). Shipping charges other than standard ground Free return shipping are nonrefundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit statement.

Exchange Policy
