Can I still shop?

For the health and safety of our community, in regard to the public health emergency, we've taken the decision to temporarily pause delivery services and close our warehouse.

However, you can continue to shop and have your order delivered once our warehouse reopens soon.

Here’s how it works:

  1. We'll still be accepting online orders. You can add items to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout as usual.
  2. We'll ship your purchase as soon as our warehouse reopens in the near future.
  3. For purchases made with a credit card, payment will be processed five days after the date of purchase (two days for PayPal).
  4. You'll be able to cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped by contacting our Customer Care Team at cs@beachlunchlounge.com.
  5. To make things a little easier, we've also extended our return period to 90 days, so you'll have more time to decide if you want to keep your purchases.

Can I change my mind?

If you’d like to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before your order is shipped.

We’ll charge your card five days after the order has been placed (two days for PayPal). If you cancel your order before this time, you may see a pending charge on your card known as a ‘pre-authorization’ which should disappear within 10 working days.

If you cancel your order after 5 days, we’ll issue a full refund to the card used for purchase.

Why is my order delayed?

I can’t return my order; will you still accept it after 30 days?

We've extended our return period to 90 days, so you have more time to decide if you want to keep or return your purchase. Please make sure it still meets our returns policy.

How do I return if the warehouse is closed?

Bearing in mind the health and safety of our community, we've taken the decision to temporarily pause delivery services and closed our warehouses. At the moment, we're unable to accept returns at our warehouse. However, we're working on alternative plans to get this service back up and running and will update you as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

When will things return to normal/when will you reopen?

We are monitoring the situation very closely and will re-open as soon as we are able. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.
