All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with the tags intact within 30 days of purchase.
Each order is eligible for a one-time free return shipping.
For any additional return from the same order, we will withhold $8.00 shipping fee from the refund amount for each pre-paid label you use.
Any and all refunds will be made to the original form of payment used on the order.
Items that are returned after 30 days of purchase will not be refunded.

If you received a damaged or defective product, or the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact Customer Service immediately at cs@beachlunchlounge.com.

Return Process

Please fill out the Return Form found above by simply clicking on START YOUR RETURN
Once submitted, our team will review and email you a pre-paid shipping label. Please attach that label to the outside of your shipping box/envelope/package with your item(s) enclosed.
Drop off at the courier listed on the return label. The return label may come from UPS, USPS, FedEx or other carrier. Please review your label and return via the listed courier.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be received and processed.

Refunds

All approved returns will be processed and refunded within 14 business days of receiving your item(s). Shipping charges other than standard ground Free return shipping are nonrefundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit statement.
