RETURN POLICY

We want you to absolutely love your beachlunchlounge.com purchase! That’s why if you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, damage and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is free! Any and all refunds will be made to the original form of payment used on the order. Items that are returned after 30 days of purchase will not be refunded.

Return Process

1. Please fill out the Return Form found above by simply clicking on RETURN FORM
2. Once submitted, our team will review and email you a USPS pre-paid shipping label. Please attach that label to the outside of your shipping box/envelope/package with your item(s) enclosed.
3. Please allow up to 14 business day for your return to be received and processed

Refunds

All approved returns will be processed and refunded within 14 business days of receiving your item(s). Shipping charges other than standard ground Free return shipping are nonrefundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit statement.

Exchange Policy
